1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PostPilot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PostPilot is an AI-powered video creation and publishing platform that helps content creators produce and distribute short-form video content across social media platforms. The Service includes video generation, series scheduling, multi-platform publishing, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
One person or entity per account. Shared accounts are not permitted.

4. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all content you create using PostPilot, including videos, scripts, thumbnails, and series configurations. PostPilot does not claim any ownership rights over your content.

License to Operate: By using the Service, you grant PostPilot a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., rendering videos, publishing to platforms you authorize).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Create or distribute illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or hateful content.
Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
Impersonate any person or entity.
Distribute spam, malware, or engage in phishing.
Violate the terms of service of connected social media platforms.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.

6. Subscriptions and Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date of initial purchase.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
No refunds are provided for partial months or unused credits.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Credits

Video generation consumes credits based on video duration. Credits are included with your subscription plan and do not roll over between billing periods. Additional credits may be purchased separately.

8. Platform Integrations

PostPilot integrates with third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, Threads) via OAuth. You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms of service. PostPilot is not responsible for actions taken by these platforms regarding your content or account.

9. Service Availability

PostPilot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific uptime, or particular results from AI-generated content. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or are used for unlawful purposes. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

12. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
